Home Remodeling

Marquis Builders specializes in custom remodeling projects – working in partnership with the homeowner to maximize the value of their existing home. Our objective is to be versatile and innovative while keeping project costs to a minimum, crafting a finished product that will enhance the original concept and promote energy efficiency.

Site Evaluation & Prep Work

Proper site evaluation is essential to design and prepare a proper building pad for your new home. Finished site-plan designs are presented to zoning-approval boards and used in the permitting process. Although the timeline for these processes vary from state to state, Marquis Builders will begin this process as soon as possible, usually just after soil tests are completed. Clearing of the site should not begin without obtaining the necessary permits and approvals. Clearing should be kept to a minimum so as not to affect erosion, preserve the natural landscape, plant life, and to keep costs down.

Permits & Plans

Marquis Builders handles the plan approval process and all necessary building permits required by the City Of Tucson or Pima County. This often times can be the most difficult part of the building process, and if not done properly, can take several months.
